23 people have been arrested and almost 2000 lines of inquiry have been followed yet no one has been prosecuted for the murder of Paul Quinn in Co Monaghan.
10 years ago, the 21 year old from Cullyhanna, Co Armagh was attacked by a group of men.
Gardai and Crimestoppers have launched an appeal for information on the anniversary of his death.
Paul Quinn was a young man when he was lured to a farm shed in Castleblaney Co Monaghan on the evening 20th of October 2007.

Over the following 10 years – 23 people have been arrested – 14 by gardai and 9 by the PSNI.
Over 700 statement have been taken and nearly 2000 lines of inquiry have been pursued, yet the killers of Paul Quinn are still at large.
His family believe those responsible are living in their community;
