COMPETITION NOTICE

“the Heat is On” Promotion:

• please refer to the station’s Competitions policies in the station’s website

• closing date for entry to the Heat is on competition is Sunday 30^th of October at 12 midnight.

• a different multiple choice question will be asked during each show over the 3 weeks long competition. One qualifier per show will be drawn at random based on correct answers received during each show. Each qualifier will be announced on air at the end of each show.

• all of the weeks qualifiers (for the purpose of this promotion, the week is defined as follows: Mondays 7am until Sunday 12midnight) will then be entered into a weekly overall draw on each Monday of the competition during the JF Show – for the purpose of clarity, the 3 dates set for winners amongst the qualifiers will be: Monday 17^th October, Monday 24^th October, Tuesday 1^st November. A fourth winner will be also drawn on the 1^st of November to be picked at random amongst all of the participants of the competition.

• the prizes will be as follows: €300 worth of home heating oil for the weekly winner. Each week for the duration of the promotion, the station will give away €300 worth of home heating oil. The total prize amount of home heating oil available over the 3 weeks period will be €1,200.

• No cash alternative or cash is available under this competition
  
  
• By participating in the Promotion the participant ("you") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  
  
• You enter the Promotion by phoning the participating radio station (Shannonside FM/ Northern Sound) during the entry period (October 10^thd – October 30^th)
  
  
• You may enter as many times as you like but you may only participate live on air once. 
  
  
• Only one prize per household.
  
  
• Winners agree to participate in any promotional activities which may be organised by Promoter in connection with the promotion.

• The decision of Management in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
