Should farmers be forced to retire at 65?
Journalist and dairy farmer Richard Halleron and Cavan based dairy farmer Patrick Shalvey thrashed out the pros and cons of such a concept on today's show.
Richard put forward evidence that farming is a dangerous occupation and that there should be incentives so that farmers leave the profession at 65.

Patrick on the other hand argued that age is but a number and farmers shouldn't have to retire if they don't want to. What do you think?
