A Chinese baby formula manufacturing company is the new owner of the BOSE plant in Carrickmacross.
It’s expected the building will become the European headquarters of the Newblaze company – it’s believed the plant will be converted into a packaging facility for baby food.
The plant, which had being lying vacant for over two years was sold for an undisclosed sum during the summer.
Around 150 new jobs are expected to be created, once the factory is up and running.
