Local Gardaí are appealing for information after a number of burglaries over the past number of days.
Yesterday afternoon (WED), houses in the Killygoan area of Monaghan, one in the Smithboro area and on the Newbliss Road out of Clones were broken into.
On Tuesday night, a silver Mercedes was stolen in a creeper burglary in Aghafin, Clones and an attempt was made to steal a BMW in the Ballinode area, while another house was broken into on the Newtownbutler road in Clones.
Gardaí are asking householders to report all suspicious callers and make sure burglar alarms are set at all times.
