‘Domestic abuse thrives on secrecy’.
That’s according to Siobhan McKenna, Manager with the Tearmann Domestic Abuse Service in Monaghan.
The National Office for the Prevention of Domestic, Sexual and Gender-based Violence, Cosc, are running a campaign which urges people not to be bystanders to domestic abuse.
