Gardaí in Monaghan arrested a man during the course of the weekend in connection with a burglary at a sweet shop.
The 23 year old man was arrested on the Roslea Road in Clones on Saturday morning.
He was taken before a special sitting of Monaghan District Court on Sunday morning where he was released on bail with conditions.
