Bill Maher, a nephew of Fr Niall Molloy, has insisted the fight for justice for the Roscommon priest’s brutal death is not over.
A Gsoc inquiry into his killing in 1985 has revealed that crucial evidence in the case has gone missing.
The Garda Siochána Ombudsman Commission claims that the fact that key exhibits in the case of the 1985 killing are unaccounted for adds insult to injury to the family of the priest who was found dead at a house in Clara in Offaly over 30 years ago.
