« BackDeputy O’Caolain says anger is growing at HSE care facilities


Anger is growing at the fact that some HSE health care facilities have not been upgraded by the Government to acceptable standards.

That’s according to Sinn Féin’s spokesperson on Disability Rights and Older People and local TD Caoimhghin O Caolain.

He’s spoken out after a number of HIQA reports continue to expose unacceptable standards and practices at HSE care facilities throughout the state.

He’s writing to Minister Finian McGrath in a bid to bring in a regime of zero tolerance in the sector.
