Part of Cavan’s high street is up for sale for just over €3m (€3,250,000).
A site of 2.42 acres in the town centre including ten separate buildings, is on the market through agent Knight Frank.
Tenants include Cavan County Council, CCVEC, Boots and the HSE who together make up around 50 percent of the passing rent.
The portfolio is situated on the Main Street with frontage to Farnham Street and Thomas Ashe Street and includes properties such as retail units, apartments, public houses and a school.
Under the Cavan Development Plan 2014-2020 which encourages the establishment of a vibrant town centre, the site is identified as the “town core” and a “master plan area”.
