Sean will be keeping you up to date with the traffic and travel as well as the weather  and the latest news headlines from the Northern Sound News Team at 7.30, 8.00 and 8.30. 
  
Tthe live draw for the Rehab Radio Bingo numbers is at 8.22am each morning.
 
If it's your birthday or you know of somebody celebrating their birthday well then you can have them included on the Breakfast Birthday Roll of Honour - The biggest honour any birthday person can get !!!!
