New figures show the most expensive property sold in the region last month was in Cavan, while the cheapest was sold in Monaghan.
The report from the Property Services Regulatory Authority shows a house in Dunancory in Virginia sold for €290,000, the most expensive property sold in the region in July.
The most expensive in Monaghan was a house in Dunsinaire, outside Monaghan town.
Meanwhile the least expensive property sold in the area was a dwelling on Lower Main Street in Ballybay.
That had a final price of €18,500, while the cheapest in Cavan was a dwelling in Loughduff which sold for €20,000.
