« BackBig night of Soccer in England and Spain

Manchester City are considering a surprise start for Sergio Aguero in tonight’s Premier League clash with Sunderland. The Argentine striker came of the bench during the second-half of last Sunday’s narrow defeat to Liverpool after stepping-up his recovery from a month-long lay-off because of a hamstring injury. A win for City tonight would see them move to within 4 points of the Reds at the top of the table with a game in hand. The game kicks-off at 7-45pm.

Also tonight at 7-45pm, Everton welcome Crystal Palace to Goodison Park, with the Toffees looking to move back up to fourth place in the table after Arsenal leapfrogged them last night with their 3-1 win over West Ham.

Meanwhile in Spain, it’s an El Classico Copa Del Ray Final at Valencia’s Mestalla Stadium, as Real Madrid take on Barcelona for the Spanish Cup. Barcelona will be hoping to bounce back from the shock weekend La Liga loss to Granada, while Real will have to play without the injured Christiano Ronaldo as he is suffering from a hamstring injury. The big match starts at 8-30pm
