According to figures from the INMO, there are currently 38 people on trolleys in local hospitals. This includes 20 people in Sligo, eight people in Cavan, seven people in Drogheda and three people in Navan. This is a decrease of 15 people since yesterday.
The amount of people on trolleys in Irish hospitals has decreased by 46 people since yesterday, making a total of 550 people on trolleys all around the country
Previously, Cork University Hospital had the most amounts of patients awaiting beds with 52 people. However today that number has decreased to 38 people. University Hospital Limerick currently holds the highest amounts of patients on trolleys, which is 60 patients, a nine person increase from yesterday.
