45 Fermanagh farms and firms bordering Cavan and Monaghan signed up for the RHI scheme

45 Fermanagh farms and firms bordering Cavan and Monaghan signed up for the non-domestic Renewable Heating Incentive scheme.

Around 45 businesses in the BT92 postcode signed up for the scheme which has been the cause of controversy.

Overall in Fermanagh a breakdown of postcodes shows that there are 128 Fermanagh based farms and firms signed up for the scheme.

Of the applicants 45 came from east Fermanagh, 38 came from the Enniskillen area, 33 in the north of the county and 22 in west Fermanagh.

The RHI scheme led to the collapse of the Northern Executive, after Sinn Féin said they could no longer work with a DUP led by Arlene Foster.

She was Minister when the flawed system was introduced.
