Allianz league table to take further shape after Rd 3 games

There will be further movement on the Allianz league tables this weekend, with the 3rd round of games throwing in.

In Division 1 Cavan will be first into action when they travel to Mac Hale park on Saturday evening to face table toppers Mayo at 7 o clock

The Westeners have already recorded wins over Tyrone and Roscommon while Cavan await their first victory having lost out to Kerry and Galway.

While they are without a win, the Breffni side have at times show signs of good performances and Dara Mc Veety knows it just a case of getting more belief

On Sunday at 2pm Monaghan will welcome Galway to Paric Gratten in Inniskeen.

Both sides are on 2 points following wins over Dublin and Cavan respectively, but they both did suffer defeats in the 2nd round last weekend.

Monaghan inflicted a defeat on the Tribesmen in the super 8’s last year, and Farney manager Malachy O Rourke believes they will carry that hurt into Sunday’s game
