A Cavan disability centre has been found to be compliant or substantially compliant in all but one regulation.
HIQA carried out a short-notice announced inspection at St Christopher's Centre last June.
The centre, on the outskirts of Cavan town, provides short and long term residential care for people with disabilities as well as palliative care.

A health watchdog inspector found staff to be compliant in the majority of the regulations, and to be substantially compliant in four areas.
It was found to be non-compliant in risk management procedures, with the centre saying that going forward relevant measures will be put in place, including a system to respond to emergencies.
