Cavan draw Tyrone In Round 4 Qualifiers

Cavan will face Tyrone in round four of the qualifiers with the date, venue and time to be confirmed later this afternoon.

If Mickey Graham’s men can progress to the super-8’s they will face Roscommon in Dr. Hyde Park on Saturday or Sunday July 13th or 14th.

The winner of the Cork and Laois will face Cavan in Croke Park one week later, if Cavan can progress with Dublin visiting Kingspan Breffni on August third or fourth.

Elsewhere Connacht giants Galway and Mayo, the pair will face off for a place in the Super 8s, alongside Kerry, Donegal and one further qualifier.

It’s the seventh year in a row that the sides will meet in Championship football, with the Tribesmen winning the last three.

Meath will hope to recover from their Leinster final defeat, when they face Clare and secure the final spot in group one.

Fixtures details for round four of the qualifiers will be announced later today with the games scheduled for this Saturday or Sunday.
