This year’s Cavan-Monaghan Science Festival begins tomorrow with a special event to mark 50 years since Neil Armstrong landed on the moon.
The festival runs until November 23rd, with a number of different events for all the family.
It’ll begin with a family fun day in Cootehill tomorrow, where Jennifer Hasenoehrl from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California will talk about the organisation’s work exploring the solar system.
Other events throughout the festival include Astrophotography, Fingerprinting in Forensics and Agricultural Sustainability. You can get more information here.
