We’re being encouraged to get up and be active tomorrow.
National BeActive Day takes place tomorrow to urge us all to be more physically active.
It’s being coordinated by the 29 Sports Partnerships across the country and online resources and booklets made available.
It’s recommended that children are active for 60 minutes a day while adults should be active for at least 30 minutes.
