A Cavan TD says retailers in the town are disappointed that on-going Irish Water works are limiting access to their businesses.
Some retailers have been able to re-open after a slight easing of covid-19 restrictions on Monday.
But Fianna Fáil’s Niamh Smyth said she has been inundated with concerns from businesses on the main street in Cavan Town due to the works.
While she welcomed the undertaking of the works by Irish Water, she said due consideration hasn’t been given to retailers.
