Central Library in Cavan to host lecture on Cavan GAA during the Irish revolution

Dr Donal McAnallen will give a talk tonight in Cavan Library on his new book about Cavan GAA during the War of Independence.

The book is called “Old Scores and Hard Borders: The GAA in Cavan and Ulster’s Crises, 1918-1921”.

The talk, part of the Decade of Centenaries Lectures, takes place this evening at 7 pm in the Johnson Central Library in Cavan and is free of charge.
