Chemical factory near Houston could be on the verge of exploding

A chemical factory near Houston, Texas – which is under six feet of water because of the flooding – could be on the verge of exploding.

All staff have been taken out of the Arkema factory in Crosby – with a 2.5 kilometre exclusion zone set up.  Hurricane Harvey has left at least 30 people dead, and 17 missing.

The worst of the storm has passed to southern Louisiana, where flash flood warnings have been issued amid record rainfall.  President Trump is promising the rest of America will be there for those affected.
