The commerical vacancy rate in Cavan and Monaghan fell slightly in the past year.
Only six counties saw a drop since 2018, while the national average increased by 0.1 per cent.
The latest GeoView Commercial Property Report shows Cavan has a vacancy rate of 12.7 per cent, down 0.3 per cent on the previous year.
There was a 0.1 per cent drop in Monaghan, keeping the vacancy rate there below the national rate of 13.3 per cent.
Sligo has the highest vacancy rate at 18.9 per cent, while Meath has the lowest at 10.1 per cent.
The report also shows Castleblayney, Monaghan town and Cootehill have three of the four highest vacancy rates in Ulster.
