Cootehill man pleads guilty to threatening to kill three Gardai in August

A Cootehill man has pleaded guilty to threatening to kill three Gardai in August.

41-year-old William Kelly, with an address at Market Street, Cootehill also pleaded guilty to being in possession of an offensive weapon, namely a barbeque fork.

Both incidents took place on August 2nd this year.

Judge John Aylmer remanded Kelly in custody, to appear again at the next sitting of Cavan Circuit Court.
