The Cuisle Centre is a place where those with disabilities are the ‘stars of the show’.
That’s the message from one Monaghan mother who is part of today’s protest outside Leinster House which began at 12 midday.
The Oireachtas Health Committee has agreed to ask the Irish Wheelchair Association to appear before them to discuss plans to close the Roscommon facility.
The planned closure of the respite centre is set for November 29th however, the ‘Save Cuisle’ group who organised today’s protest are objecting to the decision.
