Andrew McCarthy passed away on Tuesday,  September 20th 2022, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Cavan General Hospital.

Predeceased by his son Damien.

Andrew will be very sadly missed and dearly loved by his heartbroken parents Danny and Margaret and his daughter Sarah. Deeply regretted by his brothers John and Ciaran and Ciaran’s partner Monika, his  sister Aisling, brother in law Barry and Fran. Always remembered by his aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and all his extended family and many friends.

May he rest in peace.

Andrew will repose at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan H12C821, on Thursday evening from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Walk through with no hand shaking please. Removal on Friday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Drumcor arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Following Mass, burial will take place in the adjoining cemetery.
