Tuesday April 6th peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, after a long illness

Predeceased by his wife Breda, brother Michael and sister Marie. Deeply regretted by his loving sons Dominic , Nigel and Fergal, daughters Carole ( Craddock )and Gillian, Brothers Anthony, Eamonn and Fred, sisters Kathleen and Patricia, grandchildren Oisin, George, Michael, Alexander and Erin, daughters in law, son in law, sisters in law, brothers in law and a wide circle of friends R.I.P.

Remains reposing at his residence until removal on Thursday morning to Holy Trinity Church Rockcorry arriving for private funeral mass at 11 o clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please donations if so desired to Cootehill Cancer Society care of any family member. Cathal’s funeral mass will be live streamed on Ematris Parish Facebook page. Due to current restrictions Cathal's house, funeral and burial will be private.
