The Family of Michael Raymond (Ray) McDwyer announces with great sadness Ray’s passing on May 14th 2022 after a short illness and in the care of the wonderful staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital.
Ray fought courageously for a number of weeks and died peacefully in the company of his loved ones. Predeceased by his beloved wife Thana and his brother Damien and deeply missed by his partner Shirley, his daughter Vicky, son in law John, grandchildren Eva, and Theo, Shirley’s daughters; Azeta, Shauna, Alena and Edana, their partners and children.
Sadly missed by his siblings Patricia, Keyna, Noelle, Eamon, Tommy, Denis and their spouses.
Also sadly missed by his godchildren, nephews, nieces and by his friends and colleagues.
Reposing at his home at Strand Road on Monday 16th May from 6 to 8 in the evening and Tuesday 17th May from 2 to 5 in the afternoon for family only, and removal to Cavan to celebrate Ray’s life on Wednesday 18th May with Funeral Mass at 1pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Belturbet followed by cremation.
