Funeral details for the late Seamus Hughes
5 Glencove Manor, Old Armagh Road, Monaghan.
Tuesday, 27th July, peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
His brother Mick Hughes, Killyrane, Emyvale predeceases Seamus. Lovingly remembered by his wife Rita. His son Raymond, daughter Caroline will also lovingly remember him. Seamus's daughter in law, Lorraine and son in law Seamus, grandchildren Jack, Molly, Luke & Sean will miss him dearly. Seamus will be sadly missed by his sisters Marie Wilson, Kathleen McCarville, Rita Grimley, Bernadette Clerkin, brothers Packie & Gene, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In accordance with HSE guidelines, Seamus Hughes remains will repose at his residence (private to family & friends only) until removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St. Macartan's Cathedral, Monaghan for funeral mass at eleven o’clock (limited to 50 family/friends only). Burial afterwards in Drumbannagher Cemetery, Glaslough. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Cavan/Monaghan Palliative Care c/o Peter McMahon, , Emyvale or any family member. If you wish to pay your respects, you may do so as Seamus' funeral cortège travels to St. Macartan's Cathedral on Thursday morning.
