The former Poor Law Hospital in Lisnaskea in Fermanagh is to be auctioned at the end of the month.
The workhouse, which was originally built in the 1840s, sits on a site of just over one acre on the Newtownbutler road.
It was built to accommodate 500 people but housed over 800 during the famine.
It’s lain derelict for a number of years and appears on the Built Heritage at Risk register.
It’s going under the hammer at an online auction on June 25th, with a reserve of £50,000.
