UK Police say four people – including a woman and a police officer – have been killed, and at least 20 injured in an attack at the Houses of Parliament in London.
Witnesses say a car crashed into pedestrians – and a man stabbed a police officer, before being shot.
A number of people have suffered what’s being described as “catastrophic” injuries.
The French Prime Minister has confirmed that several French school children are among the injured.
The British Prime Minister Theresa May was in the House of Commons chamber at the time, before being rushed to her car.
A Downing Street spokesman says she is safe.
The Houses of Parliament remain in lockdown, as does a large area around the Parliament building.
