Fun Run to raise money for Elaine Tate to kick off in Monaghan today

A New Year’s Day Run for Elaine Tate is taking place in Monaghan.

The Jolly Joggers running club have organised this 10 or 6 k fun run in
order to raise funds for the Challenge for Elaine Tate, which will go
towards the recovery and adaptation of Elaine’s home following her diagnosis
and illness.

Registration on the day is at 10am from the Emyvale Leisure Centre
with the race beginning at 12 midday.

There will be prizes for the winners, as well as medals and t-shirts for the
first 700 entries.

People are encouraged to kick off 2020 by getting out and exercising and
also attend helping raise the much needed money for Elaine Tate and her
family.
