People are being urged not to drop their guard because Covid-19 spreads so easily in groups.

After match parties are being blamed for a high number of cases in parts of the region, with County Final celebrations leading to a number of outbreaks.

Cavan Pharmacist Cian Murtagh says "in hindsight" it was a mistake to allow GAA club championships to go ahead. He says it's understandable people wanted to celebrate but it lead to a high number of cases in the region:
