GAA supporting Slainte 2020 as Covid 19 recovery continues

As the GAA continue to move down their road map to the return to play at the end of next month, the focus also continues within the association to provide support and assistance to the community both here at home and across the world.

Slainte 2020 is a fundraising initiative that has been providing funds and help to Irish patrons particularly in America.

Former Cavan manager Terry Hyland has been involved with the fundraiser with the Leitrim team who he is currently managing and speaking to the sports desk he remarked that this was an opportunity to give something back to those far away from home and maybe experiencing difficulties in these unprecedented times
