Gardaí appeal for driver near fatal Castleblayney crash to make contact

Gardai are appealing for the driver of a car, who may have information on the incident which led to the death of Stephen Marron in Castleblayney last week.

The 47 year old was killed when his car was hit by another on Main Street in the town last Tuesday night. Gardaí have issued an appeal for the driver of a silver Peugeot 308 car who was in the area at the time to come forward.

The southern registered car, believed to be driven by a woman, approached Castleblayney from the Keady side, travelled up Main Street and towards the Shercock Road at around 11.20 on the night Tuesday, Novemeber 27th. Gardaí in Castleblayney are urging the driver to make contact.
