HSE again denies changes at Ballyconnell centre despite service users being told otherwise

The HSE has again said there are no plans to curtail services at the Breffni Care Centre in Ballyconnell.

That’s despite service users and their families receiving calls from management telling them the day care service is being reduced.

The HSE told Northern Sound News that “there are currently no plans to curtail services in the facility”.

But it didn’t comment on a request today for more information on why families are being told the service is reducing from five days a week to three days.
