Up to 500 tractors are expected to protest in Dublin tomorrow.
The Individual Farmers of Ireland are protesting in Dublin City Centre tomorrow in the latest protest over beef prices.
Cavan farmer John Daly says tomorrow’s protest is expected to be three times the size of those previous, with farmers travelling from across the country.
Speaking to Northern Sound News he said farmers are coming under too much pressure in the ongoing beef crisis and the proposed carbon tax would only hit the sector further.
And he described the ongoing beef taskforce meetings as a “talking shop” and said they’ll bring no resolution for farmers:
