Harry Hughes died on Wednesday, October 1st, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his son Damien, his father Jim, his mother Kathleen and his brothers Gussie, Eddie, Dessie, Sean and infant Sean.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Rose, daughters Miriam and Siobhán, sons Martin (Naomi) and Raymond, grandchildren Katie (Adam), George, Joshua, Harry, Rossa and Steffan, brother Malachy (Ann), sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home on Thursday (02/10/2025) from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Friday (03/10/2025) from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Removal on Saturday (04/10/2025) at 10.15 a.m., arriving at St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m.
Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s New Cemetery, Latlurcan.
