John Keenan passed away on Wednesday, April 29th 2026. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Kathleen, daughters, Róisín (Stevie), Cáitlín and Sinéad (Marco), grandchildren Leo, Aoife, Hannah and Cian, Sister Brigid, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Mullen’s Funeral Home, Cootehill (H16 FD25), this Friday evening from 4pm to 7pm. Removal leaving his home on Saturday morning at 10.30am, to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Maudabawn for 11 o’clock funeral mass, followed by burial in St. Patrick’s cemetery.
