Kathleen Tierney (nee Gumley) died on Sunday, May 10th 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by her parents Frank and Theresa, son Michael, brothers Patrick, Barney and Paul, sisters Bernie, Margaret, Theresa and Geraldine.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, sons Martin, Thomas and Stephen. Sisters Roseann, Valerie and Jackie, brothers Thomas, Noel and Frank, grandchildren, brothers-in-law especially Brendan, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, especially Laura and James, relatives and friends.
Kathleen will be reposing at Lawlors Funeral Home, Ernehill, Belturbet (eircode H14 VP68) this Monday evening from 6pm until evening prayers at 8pm. Funeral mass at 11am on Tuesday morning in St. Felim's Church, Ballinagh with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
