Margaret Connolly née Halpin passed away on Friday, May 15th, 2026. Peacefully at her home on Friday 15th May.
Pre-deceased by her parents Pat & Margaret Halpin and brother Brendan Halpin.
Beloved wife of Sean Connolly and devoted mother to Sean, Patrick, Eamon and Mairead.
Deeply missed by her sister Jackie Flynn, brother Noel Halpin, and by all who knew and loved her.
Margaret's remains will repose at her home, on Saturday from 4pm – 8pm and Sunday from 4pm - 8pm. House private to family & friends Monday and house strictly private on Tuesday morning please.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am at The Church of the Sacred Heart, Carrickroe. Followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Cavan/Monaghan Palliative Care c/o McMahon’s Funeral Home, Emyvale or any family member.
