Marie Farrell (nee Hyland) died on Sunday, 10th May, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Mick, her brothers; Michael, Paddy, Brendan and Denny and her sisters; Peggy and Imelda.
Sadly missed by her daughters; Clare (Eddie), Mary, Edel and Carissa, her son Denis (Connie), her grandchildren; Róisín, Lorcán, Tiarnán, Tom, Nóra, Frank, Fionn, Lulu, Cody, Patrick and Michael and her treasured great granddaughter Eowyn, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her home on Monday (11/05/2026) from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Tuesday (12/05/2026) from 4 p.m. until removal at 6.30 p.m., arriving at St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan at 7 p.m.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday (13/05/2026) at 11 a.m., followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 3 p.m.
