Mary Creaney (née Stevely) passed away on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026. Peacefully at home.
Predeceased by her husband Jack, son Jackie, parents Elizabeth and Tommy, sister Eilish, sister in law Roisín and brother in law Phelim.
Cherished and forever loved by her daughters Carol, Glynis, Jaye (Packie) and Brenda (Paul), sons Nicholas and Marty (Orla). Remembered by her grandchildren Darren (Steph), Abbie (Paddy), Hazel, Dale, Rowan, Andrew (Sadbh), Lee (Megan), Jaiden, Harry, Robyn and Dean, great grandchildren Ash, Luca and Éabha. Deeply regretted by her sisters Angela and Josie, brother Packie, sisters in law Maureen and Kathleen, brothers in law Jim and Martin, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at her home on Thursday (18/06/2026) from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. House private at other times please. Removal on Friday (19/06/2026) at 2.15 p.m. arriving at St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan for funeral Mass at 3 p.m. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s New Cemetery, Latlurcan.
