Patricia Margaret Carroll (née Kelly) passed away on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026. Peacefully in her 98th year, surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Predeceased by her husband Hugh, her parents Jerry and Sheila Kelly, sisters Evelyn, Maureen and Kitty, brothers Ted (Br. Jerome), Noel and Kevin.
Sadly missed by her daughters Mary (Carrie), Pádraig, Teresa (Carolan), Fr. Jerry, Carmel (Osborne) and Hugh G. Remembered by her niece Gráinne Concannon and nephew Noel Kelly. Fondly remembered by her brother Donal (Lehanmore, Beara) and sister Phyllis (Dublin), her sons-in-law Noel, Pat, John and Dominic, daughter-in-law Mary. Adored by her cherished 21 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Deeply regretted by her nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home, Lisanisk, A81 N446 on Wednesday afternoon from 1.30pm to 5pm.
House Strictly Private Please at all other times
Removal on Wednesday evening at 6.30pm on foot from the junction of Farney Street and Dundalk Road to arrive at St Joseph’s Church at 7pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 12noon followed by burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the Stroke Unit, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda via any family member or c/o Deery's Funeral Directors, Carrickmacross.
