Patrick J (Paddy) Carolan peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by family on 19th September 2025.
Predeceased by his parents, Edward F and Helen; brothers, Cecil, and Edwin; and sisters, May and Muriel. Sadly missed by his wife, Kitty; daughter, Aisling; sons, Eamonn, Patrick, Ronan and Paul; daughters in-law, Barbara, Carol, Deirdre and Ann-Marie; and his ten adored grandchildren: David and his wife, Viviane; Stephen, Bronagh, Orla, Úna, Niall, Oisín, Éabha, Rían and Dáire.
Reposing at his home on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September between 3pm and 7pm each day.
House private outside of reposing time, please.
Parking and Shuttle Bus available from Mullagh Sports Centre.
Removal on Monday morning 22nd September from his home to St Kilians Church Mullagh for funeral Mass at 11am. Funeral Mass can be watched here:
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only, please; donations in lieu to the Cavan Hospice—a charity very close to Paddy's heart.
