Seamus Smith died on Wednesday, May 13th 2026, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents; Mary Kate & Owen, brothers; Tony, Frank & Paddy and his beloved daughter in law Annmarie. Sadly missed by his loving wife Nancy, daughters; Marie (Brendan), Ann (JJ), Eileen (Glen) & Bridie (Colin), sons; John, Brendan & Paul (Lisa), his adored grandchildren; Anthony, Ronan, Rachel, Megan, Alicia, Jack, Nicole, Lauren, Michaela, Leah, Ryan, Abbey and his great grandson Luca, brother Eugene (UK) and George (Garrymore, Ballinagh), sisters; Peggy Maguire & Mary Callan, sister in law Patsy Brady (New York), nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck (A82 DX59),
on Friday (15th) from 5pm - 7pm. Removal from his home on Saturday (16th), to St. Mary's Church, Crosserlough, for Funeral Mass at 1pm.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
House Strictly Private at all times please.
