Anti-social behaviour in Newbliss 'totally unacceptable'. Anti-social behaviour in the village of Newbliss in County Monaghan will not be tolerated. The issue came to the fore at yesterday's meeting of the Ballybay-Clones MD. Indeed, members were vocal in their condemnation. Furthermore, a group of individuals are causing chaos in the village and on local bus services. Moreover, as a result of the behaviour of these individuals, they have been barred from a number of establishments. According to Cathaoirleach of the Ballybay-Clones MD, Cllr Richard Truell, locals are at their wits end and want to see the end of this behaviour.
