Co Monaghan influencer, Rebecca Rose Quigley, recently travelled with Team Hope volunteers to Romania. Indeed this was to help distribute Christmas shoeboxes to children. The Team Hope Christmas Shoebox Appeal; sees people from all over Ireland send gift filled shoeboxes to children living in poverty in countries in Eastern Europe.
While the date to drop off a physical shoebox has now passed, people can still build a box online at www.teamhope.ie up until December 23rd. Jodie Curran spoke with Rebecca Rose who has been a long time supporter of the appeal about her experience:
