Listen Back: Monaghan Chief Executive on US St Patrick’s Day visit. Following his recent return from an official St. Patrick’s Day visit to Boston; Monaghan County Council Chief Executive Robert Burns joined us.

He spoke of the importance of the visit that centred around connection. Indeed, Robert spoke of the Monaghan diaspora in Boston and the visit brought them together in the US.

Furthermore, Caothaoirleah of Monaghan County Council, Cllr. PJ O'Hanlon; and  Leas-Chathaoirelach  Cllr. Richard Truell, along with delegates on the councils executive travelled together.

Robert Burns spoke to Ronan Gargan about the trip that seen them visit Massachusetts University along with other locations over the past number of days.
